Senior Data Architect

Dark Wolf Solutions is looking for a Senior Data Architect to lead the DataOps practice area. The Senior Data Architect will work across our other practice areas to understand our current capabilities and practices along with the needs of our customers. This role will include developing future facing capabilities and practices and formalizing them into a data focused practice area. The successful candidate with drive the growth of the practice to include coordination with the Growth Team on development of proposal responses, meet with potential customers and industry partners to evangelize Dark Wolf and our DataOps practices, manage the profit and loss of the practice area, and lead the development of solutions for our customers.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong writing skills to develop white papers, proposal responses, and solution descriptions
• Strong presentation skills and an ability to create and deliver slides associated with the subject matter
• A willingness to speak in public forums and serve on thought leadership panels
• An understanding of the GovCon industry and previous experience leading profit and loss centers
• Deep expertise in data science and analytics
• Familiarity with modern AI/ML tools and practices
• A willingness to work in a meritocratic team environment where the best idea wins
• An understanding of modern DevSecOps, DataOps, Data Engineering, and Data Analysis techniques and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and other automation tools as well as data extract, transform, load (ETL), data warehouses, data lakes, and data governance
• Bachelors Degree
  
• US Citizenship with an active Secret security clearance
  

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or MXNet
• Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
• Previous experience in a business development type role
• Understanding of zero trust principles, particularly as tied to data policy and data governance
