YOUR MISSION
Manage the company’s data (40%)
- Ensure data integrity
- Participate in the selection of tools and technologies used to manage the company’s data
- Assist application developers in their data use
- Perform important and sensitive data manipulations
Plan and manage business applications development (40%)
- Extract data from business applications (ERP, DMS, CRM, others)
- Automate reports and integrate data
- Prepare dashboards and reports
- Participate in the eventual ERP replacement process
- Manage the ERP transition
Contribute to organizational development (20%)
- Contribute to the organization’s administrative procedures
- Take part in meetings relevant to duties
- Prepare and provide training
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge
The ideal candidate for this position will have/be
- DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in IT or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Problem analysis and diagnostic skills
- Experience with MS SQL
- Experience with non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB)
- Experience with Linux operating systems
- Experience with ERP migration is an asset
- Experience with AWS is an asset
- Experience in a standardized environment
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Organized, taking a structured approach to proposing and implementing suggestions
- Meticulous in terms of following up
- Adaptable in a context of rapid company growth
- A self-directed learner, interested in learning and improving skills
- Focused on the internal clients served
