Purpose: 

At PhonePe, People Operations team is responsible for processes such as Onboarding, Payroll, Leave Management, Exit, Letter Management, Employee Records etc. for all full-time employees and full-time contractors (FTC). For FTE Life-Cycle Management team, the overall purpose is to take wing-to-wing ownership of all FTE Life-Cycle processes for all PhonePe business groups and support all stakeholders such as FTE employees, manager, HRM, Finance, HR Compliance groups with simplifying, standardizing, strengthening, and communicating FTE Life-Cycle processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure employee data accuracy, completeness and timeliness in the HR system and processes
• Ensure timely and accurate stakeholder reporting of employee data from HR Operations 
• Build and publish People Operations Dashboards in a timely and consistent manner
• Support Employee Life Cycle team with the employee life cycle processes such as Helpdesk, Onboarding, Relocation etc.
• Conduct data quality audits across People Operations processes 
• Review and reconcile employee and processes data across Hire to Retire processes residing in multiple platforms
• Ensure and drive employee data privacy rules across the People Operations team
• Ensure data access reviews in Core HR, BlueTree, Payroll System etc.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 years of HR Operations experience 
• High process orientation and data management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
• Basic understanding or knowledge of MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Understanding of HR operations processes and hands on experience in Onboarding is an added advantage
