Delivery Management –1. Work on Supply Chain consulting projects across value chain which comprises of Supplier and Channel Partner Risk Management2. Will be responsible for timely fulfillment of reports and revenue recognition from the accounts managed3. Work closely and guide a team of operations executives assigned under them4. Have a target-oriented approach - ensure you meet the standards on both productivity and quality5. Resolve any customer queries and ensure agreed SLAs are met. Work with internal stakeholders for any exception handling6. Work closely with customers to enhance delivery and support infrastructure and processesSales Support –1. Actively participate in product demonstrations / customer presentations to drive the right use cases and effectively communicate the product offerings to prospectsKey Responsibilities2. Liaise with client and business development team and come out with customized risk frameworks based on their needs3. Support the Contracting process by providing functional inputs on scope of work, seek resolution from legal and finance teams and other internal stakeholders4. Provide case-based inputs from prospecting process to refine product collaterals and outreach contentNew Product Development & Automation –1. Be future looking and creative enough to identify new data insights and analysis in offerings2. Analyze processes, identify gaps and improvement aspects – take necessary actions to either re-engineer, eliminate or automate them3.
