About the RoleAs a Senior Data Analyst, your job is to own and drive analytics projects for various business units and/or products. In your capacity, you will help to define and scope analytical projects alongside business and product stakeholders to ensure that they are optimized for value creation and are approached in a manner that is scalable and sustainable for the organization and the team. You will work alongside other analysts on the team to continuously learn and improve the quality of analytical thinking and work. 

What will you do?

• Define and scope the data needs for business and product, and instrument them to enrich and improve our data assets
• Design and implement data-powered feedback mechanisms that help the business and product functions understand how our customers are consuming our products and services
• Design and conduct rigorous experiments to guide key decisions
• Perform analysis to discover trends and complex user behaviors hidden in the data, pick up and communicate actionable insights to business and product leaders
• Continuously improve the use of our data and tools in your day-to-day work
• Provide guidance to other analysts in the team to help them further develop their analytical skills
• Contribute to improving the analytical thinking muscle throughout the organization

Who are we looking for?

• 3+ years of working experience in analytics or similar data-related roles
• Curious to learn more about the business and products, and how analytics could be applied to create value for our customers
• Ability to scope and define problems clearly and critically
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to define tradeoffs between decisions
• Ability to communicate effectively with a both technical and non-technical audience
• Strong sense of ownership to see through analytical projects from end-to-end
• Experience in scripting with SQL and building data pipelines
• Experience in data visualization and storytelling
• (Good to have) Ability to analyze data in Python, R, or other similar tools
• (Good to have) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences
• (Good to have) Knowledge of data architecture design
