This team in Oppo Research Center (Seattle) focuses on research and development of key mobile intelligence technologies (features, products, platforms), which delivers to the current year or the next year’s flagship phones. We are looking for several Machine Learning Engineers (Contractors) to join us.

Machine Learning Engineer (Contractor)

Responsibilities

Prototype and develop mobile intelligence features, products and platform in consumer highly interested domains including: entertainment, social, work, travel and general user experience.

Collaborate with machine learning scientists to deliver production ready features and products.

Requirements

Relevant software development experience. (projects or interns for new graduates)

Intelligence feature development experience: computer vision, deep learning, traditional machine learning. (projects or interns for new graduates)

Fluent in C++ and Python.

Familiar with TensorFlow and PyTorch frameworks, model training and validations.

Familiar with convolutional neural networks and their applications, neural network inferences.

B.S in computer science or engineering degree is required.


Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of relevant software development experience

1+ years in leading intelligence feature research and development: computer vision, deep learning, traditional machine learning.

Familiar with OpenCV.

Familiar with GPU shaders.

Familiar with CI/CD pipeline and Android app development.

M.S in computer science or engineering degree is preferred.
