About the job

As a Senior Data Analyst, GTM you will use data to help Twilio-Segment hone our understanding of our go-to-market motion and increase both the volume and velocity of our sales funnel. You will work closely with leaders on the go-to-market team to bring to light actionable and impactful insights.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Drive cross functional analytics projects from beginning to end: build relationships with partner teams, collect and analyze data, and present key insights and recommendations to drive business improvements
  • Build and support source-of-truth ‘Reverse ETL’ data pipelines, to foster and maintain business clarity in the go-to-market organization
  • Design, assemble and maintain data models that go-to-market teams can use to build dashboards for reporting and deriving insights

Required:

  • Have 5+ years of work experience, with experience at B2B SaaS companies a plus 
  • BS/MS in a quantitative or technical field
  • Expert level SQL skills and dashboarding skills in tools like Looker or Tableau
  • Comfortable diving into large, complex datasets and data systems 
  • Have strong business acumen and a deep sense of curiosity
  • Excellent communications skills, with the ability to synthesize, simplify and explain complex problems to different types of audience, including executives
  • An eye for detail, especially when dealing with financial data

Desired:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in the Revenue Operations domain, or involved in initiatives focused on B2B SaaS go-to-market motions
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling, in particular classification models, and statistical programing languages like Python or R 

Location 

This role will be based remotely in the USA.  No travel requirements anticipated.

  • The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is $90,320 - $112,900 
  • Sales Commission: Additionally, this role is eligible to earn commissions and eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
  • Non-Sales: Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
