Our main mission is to evolve PayFit’s architecture & empower teams to build a sustainable product, and promote innovation.This involves collaborations across the whole engineering organization.
A brief overview of our day-to-day stack:• Technical stack: Node.js, TypeScript, Go, OCaml, React, AWS, Kubernetes• Code collaboration: GitHub, CircleCI• Project management and knowledge: JIRA, Notion, Whimsical, Miro, Figma, Google Docs• Communication: Slack, Zoom

Your mission: evolve PayFit's architecture and build the future of low-code platforms ⭐
You will be the embedded architect for PayFit Product Building Experience Stream. Inside the JetLang Platform Tribe, through its 2 squads, this stream is responsible for the governance of the low-code build (think “IDE”) & deploy (think “CI/CD”) experiences. It serves our internal users of the JetLang Low-Code platform (aka the Product Builders) and the global product team.
You will: • Think, design, and drive evolution of PayFit’s architecture and systems• Collaborate with teams in the prioritization of actions and setting up an actionable strategy to get there: delivering software to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of PayFit's services• Build a culture of technical excellence: automated testing, data-driven decisions, best practices, incremental delivery, continuous improvements, and ownership• Mentor and train other team members on design techniques and coding standards, and to cultivate innovation and collaboration across multiple teams• Lead critical cross-functional initiatives with a systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills, and a sense of ownership

• You are experienced in software development, CI/CD, specifically in cloud architectures, systems design and front-end architecture (e.g. micro-frontend)• You are experienced in Model Driven Engineering• You have experience on building a Low Code platform / IDEs / DSLs• You are experienced on and embrace the evolution of systems• You strive to understand, synthesize, and communicate complex technical concepts and business problems• You have a user-centric, impact-driven mindset, promote early risks identification, and validation of assumptions• You are receptive to feedback, to be mentored and to mentor others.
