Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 13 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), or 10 years of experience with a Master's degree.
  • 5 years of experience as a people manager within a technical leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with AI or AI pipelines.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$314,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop data strategy that enables the whole business to operate and shows downstream impacts of learning on business growth and product adoption.
  • Gather, synthesize, and translate business requirements to design and develop scalable solutions to address business needs.
  • Lead, coach, and grow employees in an innovative environment for data insight needs of business stakeholders.
  • Build and implement secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects.
  • Enable the product and engineering organization to measure platform reach, engagement, and learning effectiveness.
