Customer Experience - Data Analyst
- Deliver reports & necessary analysis to support planning & optimizing the process
- Use data-driven approach to alert issues, highlight key points, deliver operational analysis.
- Provide insights & data for daily execution.
- Deep dive on operation database and define where is potential to suggest applying automate process
- 2+ years of industry experience with proven business impact; degree in quantitative field preferred
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the right metrics to describe the state of the business
- Strong problem-solving skills: ability to draw insights from data, and design practical and scalable solutions
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with can do attitude
- Computer proficiency in MS Office (advanced in Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experienced in project coordinator or process optimization is a plus.
