We are currently looking for a(n) Data Engineer Working Student (m/f/d) based in Berlin or working remotely.
Your mission with us:As a Data Engineer working student at Lingoda, you will empower the Data Team to grow and scale through more efficient data engineering technologies and competencies.

Your Tasks

• Work with various services from AWS Cloud infrastructure (RDS, Redshift, EC2, S3, Kinesis)
• Develop python scripts for data analysis and data processing
• Create new, and also optimise existing SQL queries (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Work and learn from a talented data-engineering team on tech, approaches and engineering best practices

Your bring to Lingoda

• Academical studies in Computer Science or equivalent in IT
• Good understanding of writing optimal SQL queries and database skills
• Programming experience in C++/Java/C#/Python/MatLab or similar
• Curiosity & desire to learn more about working with data in a fast-paced startup environment
