THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER

• Help our customers adopt e-mobility as their most preferred mode of transportation within the city.
• Retain customers by personalisation of offers/messages and unlocking more value for them.
• Drive innovation at scale to deliver value to the customers in the most effective way.
• This role will be key in making sure that our customers will see us as their most preferred micromobility brand.

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 1 year experience in growth/revenue management/pricing/retention marketing teams.
• Must have experience in working on projects involving P&L tracking and performing data analysis to improve retention and topline.
• First hand experience in retention marketing and/or growth analytics.
• Spreadsheet wizard and highly skilled in data interpretation and analysis.
• Must have an innovative and experimental approach to solve critical business problems intelligently.
• Ability to work in high pressure startup environments.
