The Logistics Analyst will use their experience to provide support to the design and implementation of bespoke logistics solutions for the global Arrival network. The Logistics Analyst will work with data provided by suppliers, operations and tech teams to build an all-inclusive logistics solution that optimizes the footprint and material flow of each unique Microfactory. The Logistics Analyst will also support efforts to integrate autonomous equipment into various processes. This role demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong interest in contributing to complex logistics environments. The logistics processes at Arrival will be as advanced and automated as our vehicles, you will be one of the main contributors to this ambition become a reality. Warehouse 4.0 is not a buzzword at Arrival, it is the baseline expectation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Analyse and support logistics solutions in Arrival’s rapidly expanding Microfactory network
  • Work closely with our logistics standards team to build standardized process areas
  • Be rapid support during the construction, troubleshooting and delivery of new logistics spaces
  • Drive standardization in layout, delivery methods, and material flow across Arrival microfactories
  • Ensure BOM accuracy by working with engineering and industrialization teams
  • Be an integral part of the change management process
  • Work closely with Packaging, Logistics Operations, and Manufacturing teams to understand requirements to provide efficient material flow solutions.

What you'll need:

  • A background in data analysis, data simulation or data modelling in an industrial environment
  • Bachelor's degree:  Preferred Majors – Operations/Logistics, Engineering, Math, Computer Science
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and social skills
  • Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Power BI
  • Start-up or greenfield project experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently within a given framework
  • Preferred: Experience in using project management tools, e.g. Jira.
