Position Title:                       Machine Learning/DevOps Engineer II

Position Location:               353 Sacramento Street, Suite 2200, San Francisco, CA 94111

Hours:                                   Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Summary of Duties: 

• Create reusable infrastructure components using infrastructure-as-code technologies to allow teams to manage their own infrastructure needs.
• Design Data/Machine Learning pipelines to transform Data/Machine Learning features.
• Mature the CI/CD pipeline to enable teams to scale in a self-service way to help reduce deployment cost and time.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to design scalable infrastructure and deployment patterns for customer facing solutions.
• Act as an expert in AWS technologies by providing guidance on appropriate AWS solutions to address business needs.
• Write Python code to manipulate data and provide APIs for internal services.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, a closely related field or foreign equivalent plus 2 years’ experience as a Data Analyst/Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or closely related position.

SPECIAL SKILLS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

*Position can be performed remotely anywhere in the U.S.

Experience must include: 

1. Design data pipelines to transfer to transform/deploy machine learning algorithms.
2. Experience with Python and R.

Estimated Pay Range:  $138,750 - $161,250 annually*

*The target base salary range for this position is listed above.  Individual salaries are determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location and job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
