Business Data Analyst - Latam

Data is at the core of Binance’s mission to serve tens of millions of crypto-currency users. Data Analysts across the company perform impactful analysis to identify trends, and make strategic and important decisions that impact an active and rapidly growing user base.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, define, monitor and advice on business and product KPIs and metrics along with different teams
• Responsible for the delivery of business analysis, performance monitoring and reporting
• Responsible for managing data requests from business stakeholders; can understand business change needs and assess the impact of those changes
• Working closely with different stakeholders (e.g. Operation, Business, Product, etc.) to develop analyses that lead to actionable business or product insights
• Research the market landscape and analyse data to generate insights on the country performance
• Use data to explain new business developments and the root cause behind issues
• Responsible for the delivery of advanced analytics, reporting and BI applications

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of working experience in a Business Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role
• Capable of handling details and have the ownership to the task is a must
• Experience with common analysis tools such as SQL, R or Python
• Solid experience with at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Qlick, PowerBI, etc.)
• Quick learner, be sensitive to numbers, have strong data analysis skills
• Creative and innovative approach to solving problems
• Entrepreneurial spirit; positive, team-player and energetic attitude
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Finance or Management is a plus
• Native or fluent English language is a MUST; Chinese knowledge is a plus
• Great interpersonal skills to be able to build relationship with multiple stakeholders across different geographies and responsabilities
