Job Summary

BASIC FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for designing operational and client reports for Utilization and Medical Quality Management division; coordinating data transmission processes; conducting tests on data extracts and reports; performing data analysis; and making recommendations for process improvements.

**This is a Flex position (in the office 3 days a week)****Office location for this position can be in Albuquerque, NM or Chicago, IL or Richardson, TX**

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Math or Data Information Systems OR 4 years experience in data analysis/reporting.

• 2 years experience in data analysis and/or preparing database reports.

• 2 years experience in MS Access and MS Excel.

• Experience analyzing and preparing recommendations on process improvement.

• Project management experience.

• Systems database testing experience.

• Verbal and written communications skills to interact with internal customers, management and vendors.

• Analytical, organizational and planning skills.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare data.

• Experience with creating pivot tables.

• Power BI experience.

• Experience with statistical software .
