Senior Data Analyst (Growth Engineering)

Your Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst cum Engineer to design and build interfaces that facilitate workflows between Innovaccer platform and client third party systems as scoped while complying with respective standards and industry best practices.

A Day in the Life

• Define and document best practices along with thorough message specifications.
• Assist in capture of complex custom technical requirements including, but not limited to reverse engineering client HL7, 837 / 835 / CSV / CCD-A content when necessary.
• Work towards creating easy-to-digest analytical reports for US healthcare customers
• Monitor, configure and tune the configuration of interfaces for high availability once deployed in production environments.
• Understand Innovaccer data warehousing concepts and implement best practices

What You Need

• Experience with healthcare interoperability and messaging standards, including but not limited to HL7 2.x, HL7 3.x, HL7 FHIR, IHE integration profiles and technical frameworks, and X12 HIPPA transactions and code sets OR ETL expertise with Healthcare Data
• Experience working in Agile environment
• 2-4 years of SQL experience.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics and integrating clinical and ancillary systems from major vendors such as registration/admissions, provider order entry, medication administration, charting, electronic medical records, Hospital information systems.
• 2+ years of experience vetting and delivering custom healthcare integration solutions as scoped to satisfy critical client workflows. Actual client-facing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Groovy, JavaScript, Python,) would be plus.
• Strong understanding of XML technologies (XML, XSD, XSL/XSLT)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science. Advanced degree in any of the areas above would be a plus
