What will be your role?⭐

• Build, maintain and evolve the data stack to answer both business and product needs.
• Own the Data Stack and drive its roadmap in collaboration with the Head of Data and other stakeholders.
• Manage each team member operationally and individually (OKR definition, annual review, make people grow).
• Build and maintain CI/CD workflows to help the team deliver while ensuring data quality, reliability and availability in the production.
• Work with your peers in the data team to evangelise data best practices, identify needs and contribute to our data strategy and roadmap.

• You have previous experience managing and growing a team of data engineers.
• You architect maintainable, efficient and high-quality data systems: CI and CD, design and scoping, component (re)usability and interoperability, code refactoring, documentation... are not extraneous for you.
• Design and drive complex architectural decisions across teams.
• You are receptive to feedback, to be mentored and mentor: we’re caring and make sure that everyone can grow. You will be empowered. You will empower others.
• You stick to a team spirit and share mindset “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
• You speak english fluently and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment.
• You have profound knowledge of Airflow, python, SQL, Github, AWS, etc.
