The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $110,781-$166,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Frame and solve a variety of intralogistics and planning problems with advanced analytics and AI techniques. See solution through full development cycle from inception to proof of concept, to MVP, to final product deployment. Ensure what is delivered meets business requirements. Work directly with real and synthetic data to train models and build data-driven solutions. Design and build simulation tools of intralogistics processes to train and test models. Design and build statistical forecasting and machine learning models. Learn and apply new tools, technologies, and industry best practices. Lead others to solve complex problems. May lead functional teams or projects.

Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Robotics, Industrial Engineering, or related field and 5 years’ experience as an AI Scientist, AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Optimization Engineer, Automation Engineer, Data Scientist, Operations Research Analyst or closely related occupation. Also requires three years’ experience with Computer Vision, Python, MATLAB, C/C++, Visual Learning and Recognition, OpenCV, scikit-learn, Pandas, and Git; and two years’ experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Robotics Perception and Planning, SQL, AWS, Robotics Control and Modeling, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch. Approximately 15% travel required to various unanticipated locations. Pre-employment processing for this position requires drug testing and passing background checks. Located at Dematic Corp.
