About the role

Within the Growth team (45 pax, growing), you will be working with the Chief of Staff Growth.

What does that mean?

The Growth Team encompasses Growth Marketing (the whole AARRR funnel - Google it if you don't know it), Growth Engineering, Tech Operations & Offer Strategy.

Working within the CoSG team, you will work on various transversal projects. 

You will:

• Own new projects that will be key for Ankorstore's growth (we have a lot)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our teams to push communication on projects
• Partner with sales, product, market & tech for all global projects

This role will therefore bear true responsibilities and will give you the opportunity to work on various subjects, such as :

• Referral program
• Monetization strategy
• Loyalty program

Requirements:

The experience we require:

• A first experience in Growth is nice...

• ... but if you have a background in consulting / finance / big company, and you're wondering what a startup/scale-up looks like, can't decide between sales, operations, marketing & finance, this is the perfect match.

• You speak fluent English
• You are curious
• You are very analytical
• Very well organized, capacity to convince, capacity to learn and adapt quickly.
• Data-driven

Other skills that would add value:

• Fluency in French, German, Dutch or Swedish (or any other European language is a plus)
• Excellent knowledge of Hubspot or Salesforce (or any CRM)
• Knowledge of SQL and coding basics
• You have excellent presentation and people skills
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset.
• You have the ability to work in fast-paced environments on collaborative projects
