Job Position: Graduate Data Scientist – Data Development Programme    

Location: Cambridge or London 

Starting Salary: £26,800    

Additional Requirements: An academic background in Data Science or Bioinformatics essential. Demonstrable interest in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.

What makes a great Grayce Analyst   

2:1 Undergraduate Degree: Ideally this degree will be within a Data Science or Bioinformatics field. If you have an undergraduate degree in a STEM field and then specialised in either discipline afterwards through a masters degree, then we would love to hear from you! 

  Data Tools: Alongside great Excel we are looking for the right candidate to be comfortable with AI and machine learning languages such as R and Python. 

Analytical Problem Solving: Love solving puzzles and breaking down big problems into bite-sized chunks? We're looking for analytical minds that can spot patterns and think creatively. Whether it's dissecting complex issues or finding fresh angles, your critical thinking skills will shine here.   

Effective Communication: Communication is key in consultancy. We value those who can express themselves clearly, whether it's chatting with the team, updating stakeholders, or putting thoughts on paper. Being precise and persuasive with your words is one of your greatest tools.
