Summary:

In this role, you will provide exceptional member experience. You will implement and provide maintenance support for members who send their spend data to Vizient. You will lead and manage the maintenance team handling ongoing member submissions and upgrades to the latest specifications, with a commitment to data quality and timeliness for each submission.

Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous operations improvement and coordination of activities for staff handling the maintenance of data submitting members and any related third-party feeds.
• Coordinate member communication related to critical timelines and data submission deadlines.
• Understand and resolve member issues, concerns, and questions in timely fashion.
• Provide direction and priorities for staff, monitor performance relating to the timely flow and quality of member data.
• Provide direction and guidelines to aid staff development needs and to increase staff satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product delivery, mapping, and product master data teams on data processing.
• Work with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve data issues.
• Provide team-level implementation support for new data sets as needed.
• Commit to self-improvement as a leader by actively developing your leadership, professional and technical competencies.
• Develop staff competencies and evaluate training needs to continue growing a high-performing team. 

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
• 3 or more years of experience in a managerial role is required.
• Solid experience with MS SQL.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey findings and recommendations.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration ability, and a strong focus on meeting commitments.
