Data Operations Analyst

As a Data Operations Analyst, you will work within the Product organization and work cross-functionally to ensure and uphold data quality and data integrity standards for VTS’s critical datasets, as well as supporting the Data Operations Manager to manage data operations processes across VTS.
Every day you will get the opportunity to facilitate cross-functional data-related initiatives between product, client success, and adjacent teams to ensure that VTS is delivering value to clients. You'll review and validate data entry work done by offshore and other internal/external teams and raise improve efficiency in manual data operations processes through technology-driven solutions, troubleshoot potential bugs on internal tools and develop and refine guidelines for data operations processes across VTS (i.e. tenant linking).
To thrive you must have a data-driven mindset, exceptional attention to detail and organization and strong project management skills. Ideally, you would have experience with data quality and validation processes using BI and analytics tools such as Looker, SQL, Spreadsheets and the Google Suite Applications.
