Description/Job Responsibilities: 

• Conduct thorough analyses to identify data quality issues, anomalies, and trends.
• Develop and implement data validation strategies, including creating data quality rules, designing data quality scorecards, and establishing data quality metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and improve data quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Advise on data remediation strategy to drive data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze data quality dashboards and reports to communicate data quality status, progress, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data quality requirements and validate adherence to those requirements.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong experience in data analysis, data quality management, and analytics.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, or similar software.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Estimated compensation for this position is:

81,600.00 – 118,300.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
