ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an exciting opportunity to expand analytics for our growing business in value-based care! 

Here’s what you’ll do:

In this dynamic and highly visible role, you’ll develop and own analytical models that provide insights into business performance and patient outcomes. Collaborate with key stakeholders in Clinical and Operations to manage KPIs and drive impact.  Help us succeed with new analytic and predictive capabilities on risk and quality. Learn and leverage new technologies to increase efficiencies and optimization.

ABOUT YOU

You are a curious problem solver with a high attention to detail who is looking to apply your analytics expertise as an individual contributor in this innovative provider group.

We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience:

  • 4+ years experience in analytics and working with large data sets; healthcare experience is a plus. 
  • Proficient in SQL and/or similar querying languages such as SAS or R. 
  • Experience with visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) to produce reports and perform meaningful quantitative analyses.  
  • A willingness to learn and master new tools and technologies in our analytic stack. 
  • A desire to make a difference and be a part of something meaningful.

COMPENSATION RANGE:   $120,000 to $150,000 plus equity
