As we scale our business, we are looking for a passionate, creative, and analytic person who believes in the power of quantitative analysis to attract, engage and activate buyers throughout the customer journey.

This Marketing Data Infrastructure and Automation Manager will be a key member of the marketing strategy and analytics team that will own the ingestion and architecture of marketing data and the processes that push/pull data between our data warehouse and other key tools. In addition to these responsibilities, they’ll also help manage and create key production level reports that allow the marketing team to make data-driven decisions in real-time.

Expectations for Success

  • Act as the main liaison between business, engineering, and data governance teams, to conceptualize and then implement architectural design patterns that satisfy technical and functional requirements around all of our Marketing data
  • Partner with Marketing Insights & Optimization Manager as needed to generate data visualizations and ensure data is presented accurately
  • Develop business user-facing documentation on data integration and business rules
  • Oversee the maintenance of the data from source to marketing activation
  • Manage the integrations of new tools/data into our existing data sources
  • Manage the automation of systems and reports for key initiatives
  • Apply industry best practices to deliver robust yet flexible data solutions
  • Build process and manage the standardization of marketing-related data and reports
  • Manage the collection, deployment, and storage of models and scripts

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a selective university in a quantitative discipline such as CS/math/engineering, or marketing/communications with an analytics focus, or related field
  • 2-4 years experience in analytics, data engineering, revenue operations, or other relevant roles
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL
  • Advanced proficiency in Python
  • Experience with pipeline automation tools like Prefect or SnapLogic
  • Proficiency in at least one analytics & visualization tool such as Tableau, R, Domo, etc.
  • Strong communication and data visualization skills; can easily create powerful visualizations that transform complex data into easily consumable, actionable insights
  • A genuine teammate with exceptional collaboration skills for building relationships with anyone, anywhere
  • A do-whatever-it-takes attitude to deliver exceptional quality on time
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, and attention to details
