Senior Technical Program Manager, Autonomous Vehicle Testing

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the planning, execution, and successful delivery of scaling program for our Autonomous Vehicles. As an Autonomous Driving Vehicle Scaling Test TPM, you are responsible for ensuring consistent high-quality performance and experience of our autonomous vehicles worldwide.

What you will be doing:

• Drive end-to-end technical programs related to the scaling testing of autonomous vehicle systems.

• Define the goal and direction for scaling test, design the measurement and criteria for success, keep supervise and publish to the stakeholders.

• Setup and maintain the coordination structure with global cross function teams to ensure the scaling goal will be met.

• Work closely with internal and external team to drive the end to end process to improve the quality of Autonomous Vehicles.

• Identify and mitigate risks, track project progress, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

• Provide regular updates to leadership on program status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor's (or equivalent experience) or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 12+ Proven experience in the industry and experience being a Technical Program Manager, preferably in the autonomous driving or automotive industry.

• Strong understanding of performance testing, scalability testing, and test automation methodologies.

• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to drive sophisticated projects to successful completion.

• Solid technical background with the ability to understand and contribute to discussions on autonomous vehicle systems.

• Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to lead and empower cross-functional teams in a multifaceted and fast-paced environment.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.

• PMP or other project management certifications.

The base salary range is 188,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
