What You’ll Be Part Of:

The Revenue Operations team provides mission-critical support to our sales, customer success, and marketing teams. We optimize processes, implement technology, and analyze performance to deliver business insights. We're looking for a Business Intelligence Manager with experience supporting Sales or Customer Success teams to dig into the numbers, identify critical insights and use data visualization and communication skills to influence key decision makers. You will define and implement metrics and KPI’s, integrate data from Salesforce and other sales applications, and craft compelling stories to help your partners in Sales and Customer Success drive improved results.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales-related data to help drive increased sales productivity
  • Support data-driven decision-making across all levels of sales leadership
  • Integrate data from Salesforce and other applications into a database that will power all of our GTM analysis and insights
  • Develop reports and build dashboards that provide meaningful visibility into individual and team performance
  • Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams and executive leaders
  • Create new and ad hoc reports to support cross-functional teams (sales, customer success, marketing, etc.), utilizing data from Salesforce, as well as other sales applications
  • Develop and publish monthly/quarterly reporting to provide our executive team with visibility into KPI’s

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a Business Intelligence Manager role or comparable data analysis role
  • Familiarity with the TV advertising or digital advertising industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in a quantitative or engineering discipline such as Operations Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Applied Statistics

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise with business intelligence software; Tableau experience required
  • SQL expertise
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Proficient with database design and ETL processes
  • Experience with Snowflake
  • Advanced Excel skills, including connecting to external data sources, pivot tables, chart creation and manipulation of large data sets
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with a positive approach
  • Laser-like focus on the details
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Self-starter and hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement

Target cash compensation range: $120,000-152,000 USD Annually

We are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are influenced by different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Hybrid & Flexible Workplace Policy

iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or a fully remote employee. A hybrid work schedule indicates that you work in the office some days and work from home other days. The best hybrid workplaces allow for flexibility while also encouraging consistency. 

Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA; El Segundo, CA; New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1-3 days a week. While those in a role, not office-based and located further away from our offices, will work a fully remote schedule.
