About the department

Established in May 2015, the CPBC Product Master Data team is the powerhouse behind managing and maintaining diverse product portfolios within our ERP system. We are the frontline support, collaborating globally with multiple business units to ensure seamless product data management. At Coloplast, CPBC takes the helm in owning the business responsibility for Product Master Data.
 
Responsibilities: 
• Generate and uphold product data in compliance with Coloplast's procedures within our systems (JD Edwards – E1 and STEP), responding to business requests
• Guarantee the integrity and accuracy of Product Master Data
• Engage in both global and local projects
• Assist the organization with product data-related inquiries, issue resolution, and solution proposals
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from Supply Chain, Production, and other departments
• Compile reports from Coloplast systems to enhance data quality and furnish Core Business with essential Product Master Data insights

Requirements: 
• Very good written and verbal English communication skills
• Experienced in Excel with a keen attention to detail
• Enthusiastic about working with systems and data
• Possess strong analytical skills and the capability to comprehend existing business procedures
• Open to implementing changes and enhancements
• Understanding of cross-functional cultures
• Able to effectively organize and prioritize workload
• Previous experience with Product Master Data is an advantage
