Job Responsibilities

UOB is developing exciting applications, based on Large Language Model (LLM) and Voice-to-Text capabilities, to deploy solutions that solve high impact business problems in the real world.

Successful applicant will gain valuable experience and in building up valuable annotated data for real world high-tech AI system.

They will be deeply involved in:

1. listening to real voice calls spoken in English, Mandarin and in a small subset of cases, some dialect.
2. correcting the transcription (voice call converted to text) drafts of such voice calls.
3. possibly collecting more real voice conversations

Job Requirements

• currently a poly / undergrad / master student

• patient and meticulous work attitude

• willing to listen to long hours of voice call data

• proficient in listening to English, Mandarin and a bit of common dialects (a plus point), and typing them in as the voice call may in English/Chinese/dialects.
