AdTech Implementation and Data Manager

 

Your role at Sephora... As our AdTech Implementation Manager, you will be a lead individual contributor enabling Sephora’s paid media organization and related analysts to use data and tech platforms to maximize marketing scale and performance. This role also works closely with the tech teams developing the tech/data integrations for this group and rolls up to the MarTech and data management team supporting performance marketing and personalization and the overall Sephora data ecosystem.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Results: You’ll work closely with vendor and internal tech partners to evaluate, define, configure, implement, deliver, and QA new tech and/or data. You’ll also support our agency and internal business partners by gathering their requirements and use cases across multiple lines of business across Marketing and Digital
  • Collaborate: You’ll drive impactful tech and data usage at scale through effective project management, prioritization, and cross-functional and cross-level communications such as documentation, trainings, and sharing your subject matter expertise on Adtech, MarTech, and related data

We would love to hear from you if you have…

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, technical marketing operations, data engineering or architecture, technical project management, product or combinations thereof in the AdTech/MarTech/digital space
  • Technical understanding of how digital ads (web and app) are bought/sold, targeted, delivered, and tracked (HTTP, js, relevant APIs and SDKs, cookies and other IDs, measurement/attribution, KPIs, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AdTech and MarTech landscape and trends including how different tools may integrate and move data to/from each other
  • Hands-on experience analyzing clickstream data, i.e. web and app measurement analytics (eCommerce and retail experience a bonus!)
  • Technical and current proficiency configuring, building, and optimizing audiences, campaigns, conversions, and reporting in GMP platforms such as Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, 360 Suite, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.
  • Experience with A/B testing, scrum testing, lift measurement, or similar
  • The ability to extract, transform, interpret, and analyze data in a data warehouse using SQL and python/R

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $134,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.  Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.  Sephora offers a generous benefits package to full-time employees, which includes comprehensive health, dental and vision plans; a superior 401(k) plan, various paid time off programs; employee discount/perks; life insurance; disability insurance; flexible spending accounts; and an employee referral bonus program.
