We're looking for an HR Data Analyst to join the People team, focusing on optimizing our use of data to drive strategic decision-making. You will play a crucial role in analyzing, reporting, and interpreting HR data to support various HR initiatives. This is a contract position.

We're looking for an HR Data Analyst to join the People team, focusing on optimizing our use of data to drive strategic decision-making. You will play a crucial role in analyzing, reporting, and interpreting HR data to support various HR initiatives. This is a contract position.
What You'll Do
- Leverage HR systems such as Rippling, Pave, and Lever to collect and analyze data.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel models for data analysis, including use of functions, pivot tables, and macros.
- Interpret data related to employee performance, compensation, recruitment, retention, and other HR metrics.
- Create data visualizations and dashboards to present insights in a clear and impactful manner.
- Assist in the implementation of new HR tools and systems as needed.
- Provide training and support to HR team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
- Prepares data summaries, changes, and trends
What You'll Bring:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas).
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within an HR context.
- Strong understanding of HR systems such as Rippling, Pave, and Lever.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Knowledge of SQL and other data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools
