Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity in 2024? Thomson Reuters is looking for an AI Product Trainer team to join the Customer Success team!
About the Role
Thomson Reuters is looking for an AI Product Trainer to join our Customer Success team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with onboarding and training our small law customers on our generative AI software and developing and implementing strategies to drive product adoption and maximize usage.
As the AI Product Trainer, you will:
Onboard and train customers on our software, including develop customized training programs to serve specific client needs
Field requests for prompting troubleshooting/assistance
Communicate with internal departments to ensure client needs are being met
Occasionally provide training and support to prospective customers in trials and pursue related initiatives to support our sales team
About You
You have a law degree/formal legal education
Must have bar admission in at least one state
Transactional law experience as a practicing attorney
Ideally, you have worked in legal technology and/or with AI-based software platforms
You have experience with training and interacting with customers regularly
You are interested in learning about new technology and software – we offer a suite of cutting-edge A.I.-based software products
You are personable, have a positive attitude, enjoy problem-solving, and helping customers
You enjoy working on cross-functional teams and contributing to broader outcomes–particularly ones focused on positive customer experiences
Remote: If you are located more than 45 miles from one of our hub locations, you will be eligible to work in a remote work structure. If this is the case, we are requesting a West Coast hours work schedule.

Compensation: $75,000-$110,000
Compensation includes base salary and a variable compensation that is directly related to your success
