Job Description & Summary

Years of Experience: Candidates with 6 + years of hands on experience

 

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of AWS services, including AWS Connect, Kinesis, SQS, SNS , Eventbridge, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, and CloudFormation.

• Experience with AWS networking, security, and identity and access management (IAM) services.

• Coding skills in Python or similar OOPS

• Experience designing & developing realtime application integration for streaming data

• Experience developing for event driven & microservice architecture

• Familiarity with contact center technologies, such as IVR, ACD, CTI, and CRM integrations.

• Solid understanding of microservice concepts, architectures, and best practices.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are a plus.
