Data Analyst (m/f/d)
As a Data Analyst you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making within our organization's digital ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze vast datasets related to customer behavior, sales trends, and market dynamics to extract actionable insights that optimize our online sales performance and enhance the overall customer experience.
YOUR SHOES TO FILL:
- Managing the end-to-end business analytics process, from data collection, to data validation, and presenting insights and trends to stakeholders.
- Supporting the Global DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) business across digital and retail channels.
- Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Leading projects related to website performance, marketing campaigns, customer portfolio, and product performance.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including performance marketing, product development, and user experience, to implement data-driven strategies that enhance the customer experience.
- Providing actionable recommendations based on data insights to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.
- Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer journey analytics.
- High energy liaison for driving data-driven decisions and using customer journey analytics in daily processes to improve our digital landscape in the best interest of our consumers.
YOUR WALK OF LIFE:
- University degree in Data Science, Business Management, or related fields.
- Previous experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Business Intelligence, preferably in e-commerce or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of business metrics, consumer segmentation, web performance, and marketing touchpoints.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Proficient with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in diverse international environments.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
