Automation & AI Engineer

We are looking for a Resident Automation & AI Engineer that applies technology in a smart way to innovate our venture building and sourcing methodology.

As Resident Automation & AI Engineer, your main responsibilities include:

• Automation Development: Design and implement automation solutions to optimize internal processes, from administrative tasks such as venture sourcing, to complex data crunching for portfolio or opportunity companies.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Apply your expertise in data science to analyze vast datasets, generating actionable insights that drive strategic decisions for both the venture studio and the capital arm.
• AI-Powered Innovation: Spearhead the IP behind Entourage that integrates AI technologies to innovate our venture building and sourcing methodology.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Entourage Studio and Entourage Capital, ensuring that AI and automation initiatives align with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• You are passionate about technology, innovation, and the dynamic landscape of the B2B SaaS market.
• You possess a strong background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, complemented by hands-on experience in AI and automation technologies.
• You have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful automation and AI projects, demonstrating your ability to solve complex problems and improve efficiency.
• You are deeply familiar with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and you have experience with AI frameworks and tools.
• You demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to process and interpret large datasets, turning data into strategic insights.
• You exhibit strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• You are adaptable and thrive in fast-paced environments, showing a constant drive to learn and apply new technologies in innovative ways.
