The Role

The organization seeks engineers eager to contribute across various domains and play a pivotal role in the company's growth and scale. The role focuses on expanding the Intelligence Data Science team, enhancing expertise in areas like natural language processing, anomaly detection, and deep learning. This position involves designing and developing frameworks, systems, and tools to create predictive and explainable models, translating data analysis into actionable machine learning models.

Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen the data science team's capabilities, particularly in natural language processing, anomaly detection, and deep learning.

  • Design and develop systems and frameworks for predictive modeling.

  • Translate complex data analysis into implementable machine learning models.

  • Collaborate closely with other teams to solve critical problems and contribute to the organization's data-driven approach.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of proficiency in SQL, Python, or comparable experience in another major programming language (Java/Scala/C++).

  • Solid understanding of statistics, data analysis, and predictive modeling.

  • Experience with Data Science frameworks (e.g., Pandas, Scikit Learn, TensorFlow) and data engineering tools (PostgreSQL, AWS Redshift, Snowflake, etc.).

Nice to Have:

  • Expertise in time series analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection, and familiarity with healthcare data.

  • Experience with ML Ops frameworks (e.g., MLFlow, Metaflow, DVC) and building data pipelines.
