Job Description

· Handling complete Employee data maintenance (Hire to Retire) for RO India· Ontime completion of Hiring for New entrants· Ontime completion of ASR activities across entities.· Updations pertaining to Contract Extensions, Probation Confirmation, Intra & inter entity transfers, etc.· Other ADHOC updations like Family dependent changes, Experience, Employment updations, etc· Distributing of certificates for Employment, Salary, Address changes, etc· Data Analytics and Dashboard preparation: Bring new perspective in the existing EDM Dashboard and thereby provide predictive analytics.· Involved in defining catalog and services for ESS and created SAP users for ESS & MSS· Automation Programs: Ideate, Initiate and implement automation programs to reduce capacity and increase user experience· Process Improvements & Harmonization: Identify, initiate and implement process improvements thru CRs, LHs and SMT Tickets. Initiate and implement harmonization across Entities.· SLA adherence thru timely closure of SSF tickets and interaction via skype or e-mail with stakeholders· Effectively partner with internal and external customers, delivering high-level customer service

Qualifications

Bachelors degree + Post Graduation preferred

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Employee data management.
