About the Role

You can expect to work on the following:

  • Understanding the relationship between our clients' marketing inputs and marketing outputs (sales, revenue), as well as quantifying the inherent uncertainty involved
  • Communicating the model and its implications to non-technical stakeholders
  • Working with our data engineering and product teams to productize the above for our growing customer base
  • Work with our customers, product managers, product engineers, and customer support, to scope, build, and iterate high value solutions.
  • Provide technical and expertise support with customers in related fields.

About You

Requirements

  • Expertise with Python
  • Strong skills in mathematics/ statistics, probability, and/or machine learning
  • Experience with differentiable programming or probabilistic programming (e.g. Tensorflow, Pytorch, JAX, Pyro, PyMC)
  • Ability to clearly communicate results to non-technical audiences, in English
  • Experience (or enthusiasm) with working in a small, fast-paced company
  • 6+ years experience

Good to Have

  • MS or PhD with research focus on quantitative or statistical methods
  • Prior experience working in marketing data, e-commerce, or ad-tech
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure such as Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWS
  • Prior experience working in data engineering roles/ departments
