Job role

Actively monitor and analyze data flow (third-party liability insurance), correct and/or report errors, close collaboration with other Company units.

What you will do

• Check the data flows feeding of external database relating to third-party liability insurance and Risk Certificates
•  Analyze backward flow and for each wrong position identify the cause, the priority of the error (blocking or warning) and possible solution. The errors could be fixed from the unit itself or reporting necessary information to application development units  in order to monitor the behavior of the software (after changes)
• Ensure that the errors are correctly loaded on the tool used (JMP)

What you bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Business Engineering / Business Technology) or in software-related technology (BCA/MCA/MS)
• Good knowledge  SQL ( queries on DB2  to extract data that we need for analyses)
• Very good knowledge of Italian language
• Basic knowledge of Java language
• Insurance domain knowledge/certifications – will be an advantage
• ACM Fellow certified (for internal employees)
• Good communication skills with the ability to elicit, question, probe and challenge others across the organization
• Fluently in Italian language (written and spoken) for communication with team members of AZ Italy
• Fluently in English language (written and spoken)
