Job Summary

Xenon7 is a Consulting company focused on helping companies understand Data, AI, and ML space and implement solutions and strategies based on these technologies in the best possible way while also applying AI ethics and Infosec Regulations and Principles. We bring in rich experience in various industries and technology capabilities including Healthcare and Life Sciences, Financial Services, Retail, CPG, Media, and others.

As a Product Manager, you will become part of the Expert Operations team, which plays a critical part in shaping and delivering AI-driven products and solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

As Product Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Understand market and client needs and translate them into product requirements
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements by working closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Create detailed product specifications and wireframes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and data scientists to develop and deliver high-quality AI/ML products
  • Lead product releases and coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor product performance, conduct user research, and gather feedback to continuously improve products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and drive innovation

Engagement:

This will be a B2B contract engagement and we are open to discussing different levels of commitment from hourly/part-time to full-time.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Great educational background, preferably in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the AI/ML domain
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product lifecycles
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise product requirements
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of market research, user research, and product analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus
  • Experience in the consulting industry or working with clients in various industries is a plus
  • Experience with data analytics and machine learning models is a plus
