As a pivotal member of our organization, you will spearhead efforts to design, develop, maintain, and refine our supply chain analytics and systems. Your work will be instrumental in boosting staff productivity, improving operational accuracy, reducing costs, and facilitating data-driven decision-making across the supply chain domain.


You and Your Team Will:
  • Process building & optimization: Spearhead the development and refinement of supply chain processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams, from business units to engineering departments. Ensure the integrity and reliability of data throughout these processes, applying best practices to achieve system-wide efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Master data management: Oversee the comprehensive lifecycle of supply chain master data, from initial collection and transformation to cleaning and ongoing maintenance. Utilize advanced tools and methodologies to ensure the accuracy and usability of data, serving as the foundation for analytics and system functionalities.
  • Data analytics: Employ sophisticated analytical tools and techniques to extract, analyze, and interpret supply chain data. Generate both descriptive and predictive insights, translating complex datasets into actionable strategies for stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • System development: Lead the conceptualization, design, and maintenance of bespoke supply chain applications. Prioritize the delivery of high-value functionalities to users company-wide, balancing innovation with cost-efficiency and technical feasibility.
  • System sourcing: Direct the evaluation and selection process for external supply chain systems. Ensure chosen solutions not only meet but exceed stakeholder expectations, adhere to strict compliance standards, integrate seamlessly with existing IT ecosystems, and align with budgetary constraints.
  • Training and support: Design and deliver user-friendly training programs, facilitating the rapid adoption and effective use of supply chain systems. Offer timely support to address user issues, incorporate feedback, and enhance system usability and satisfaction.
  • Vendor management: Establish and maintain productive relationships with external service providers and solution vendors. Ensure the timely delivery and implementation of supply chain solutions.
  • Team building: Recruit, develop, and lead a diverse team of professionals, including product managers, data scientists, system administrators, software engineers, and designers. Build a culture of innovation and excellence to support the organization’s dynamic needs.


You Bring:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain system development or management, data analytics, and supply chain management.
  • Proven leadership with at least 3 years in team management.
  • Integration experience with 3DX, SAP, QMS, contract management systems, and qualification systems is highly preferred. 
  • Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and messy environment.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience to lead initiatives and drive change.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to supply chain data.
