Azure and Sr Power BI Developer | 6 to 9 years | Mumbai, Pune & Bengaluru

Job Description

• Implement Azure Synapse based integration solutions
• Implement the data model, develop tabular / multidimensional data models
• Build operational and analytical reports and dashboards with Power BI
• Create KPI scorecards, customized charts, custom calculations, effective visualizations as per requirements
• Write efficient DAX queries and functions
• Implement appropriate security level on data access
• Plan and implement report test strategies and perform testing
• Troubleshoot and fix report data, performance issues
• Develop and create transformation queries, views, and stored procedures for ETL processes, and process automations as needed
• Develop interactive reports and dashboard per approved wireframes and KPI deliverables agreed
   

Primary Skills

• 6+ years of experience with expertise in ETL processes, data integration, data warehousing concepts and data visualization
• Hands on experience in implementation of BI solution on cloud.
• Strong expertise on MS SQL Server database
• Very strong hands on experience width Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse , ADLS Gen2, Azure Analysis Services  
• 4+ years on Power BI
• Hands on experience on MS BI technologies (DAX, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS) strongly desired
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in data pipelines, DWH, Datamart, Cubes and Power BI reports.
• Experienced in using APIs for Data Integration

• Excellent verbal/written communication & good interpersonal skills
• Experience on Agile – Scrum based engagements
• Continuous learning and adaptability to stay current with evolving Azure and Power BI technologies.
• DP-203 certification desired
