JD – AI and DATA – PBI Performance optimization- Manager

The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Power BI architect with 10+ yrs overall and 7+ yrs of relevant experience in performance optimization. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all aspects of Power BI, with a primary focus on optimizing the performance of our business intelligence system. They will have a deep understanding of data architecture and performance indicators and will leverage these skills to enhance the speed and efficiency of our data-driven decision-making processes.

Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable Power BI reports and dashboards to enhance performance and user experience.
• Identify and analyse performance bottlenecks in Power BI solutions, and implement necessary changes to optimize performance.
• Write and maintain complex DAX queries and measures to facilitate efficient data retrieval and reporting.
• Apply strong knowledge of database structure and data warehousing practices to optimize the efficiency and speed of Power BI solutions.
• Test and validate data results to ensure accuracy, precision, and performance capabilities.
• Collaborate with other teams to implement database strategies and data sources that maximize performance and data accuracy.
• Provide training to end users on optimized Power BI reports and dashboards to boost operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments in Power BI performance optimization.
