Role Overview

The Associate Marketing Data Analyst will be instrumental in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making insights to stakeholders within the Corporate Marketing division. This role involves participation and enhancement of core processes such as Cadence Web Assets, Cadence Events and Webinars, Cadence Ecommerce Platform, and Cadence Online Support. The successful candidate will:

Be Adept at translating complex data into actionable insights that align with our marketing objectives. Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration with management, IT, Online Support teams, and personnel from other divisions.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize Tableau or any Data visualization tool to create comprehensive dashboards and reports that visualize key marketing metrics and trends. Leverage Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics to track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance. Employ Adobe Target to optimize and personalize customer experiences based on data-driven insights. Conduct thorough data cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis using Excel. Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights to guide marketing strategy and decision-making. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver appropriate solutions. Stay current with industry trends and developments, continuously seeking ways to improve our data analysis capabilities. Offer operational support to internal teams for data organization and cleansing. Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and web analytics testing regularly. Investigate data integrity issues, identifying root causes or inconsistencies and performing necessary clean up. Collaborate across teams to document analysis requirements.

Essential Qualifications

Working Knowledge in SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel is expected. Experience in data analysis, preferably within a marketing context will be an added advantage. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly in relation to marketing and website data.

Good To Have

Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Google Analytics is preferred.

Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling is a plus.

BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA or equivalent
