Job Description

1. Develop and Maintain Data Analytics Tools and other SW applications for manufacturing Use:
   • Design and develop software applications for data collection, processing, analysis, and visualization.
   • Integrate various manufacturing and testing equipment with our data systems to automate data capture.
   • Development and validation of tester SW, GUI and other APIs for production purpose.
   • Integration of SW tools with central shop floor systems to facilitate seamless interaction in production production.
2. Data Processing and Analysis:
   • Implement algorithms to process and analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and efficiency opportunities.
   • Develop machine learning models to predict machine failures and optimize manufacturing processes.
3. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
   • Work closely with manufacturing engineers to understand their data needs and provide technical solutions.
   • Continuously explore new technologies and methodologies to improve existing systems and processes.
4. Reporting and Visualization:
   • Create dashboards and reports to visualize key manufacturing metrics and insights.
   • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of data to stakeholders.
5. Quality Assurance and Documentation:
   • Ensure the integrity and reliability of data analytics software.
   • Document code, processes, and methodologies for knowledge sharing.
6. Cross-functional Team Work:
   • Collaborate with IT and operational teams to integrate software solutions into the broader company ecosystem.
   • Participate in cross-functional teams to support broader organizational goals.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science/Engineering, data science or related field
2. 0-7 years of experience in software development (open to fresh graduates)
3. Experience in programming language (python, R) and database (SQL) to perform data mining and analysis.
4. Knowledge of statistical techniques in data science (regression, properties of distribution)
5. Knowledge in machine learning techniques (neural network, machine learning)
6. Strong analytic skills and problem-solving skills.
7. Exposure to various SDLC processes.
