About AI Innovation team at Pandora:

 

Our Data and Analytics (D&A) AI & Innovation team is at the forefront of cutting-edge innovation, pushing the boundaries of AI technology at Pandora. As a Service Designer/UX Designer within our new AI Incubator team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing user experiences and designing services that leverage the full potential of AI. Collaborating closely with our D&A AI experts, you'll be instrumental in crafting innovative and user-centric solutions that redefine Pandora’s business and customer experience. Join us in shaping the future of AI-driven services and experiences at Pandora.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  1. User Research:
    • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand user needs and pain points.
    • Analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights for the design team.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align outputs with business goals and technical constraints.
  2. Service Design:
    • Develop end-to-end service blueprints and customer journey maps that illustrate user interactions with AI-powered products and services.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in the overall service ecosystem.
    • Work closely with product managers and AI engineers to integrate service design principles into the development process.
  3. UX Design:
    • Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for AI-driven applications.
    • Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across multiple platforms and devices.
    • Collaborate with data visualisation specialists and developers to implement and iterate on designs, ensuring alignment with design principles and engineering standards.
  4. Usability Testing:
    • Plan and execute usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and gather user feedback.
    • Iterate on designs based on usability testing results and feedback from stakeholders.
    • Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into the user experience.
    • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative design culture within the AI Incubator team.

 

Experience Required:

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in service design and UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Experience with agile development processes and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with emerging design trends and a passion for staying updated on industry best practices.
