The Opportunity: 

As Associate Director of Sales Processes and Data Integrity, you will administer and support day-to-day sales operations and CRM management for our commercial organization. In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders to coordinate and ensure efficiency in our sales processes and data strategy. You will also play an integral role in the development and maintenance of systems that support and enhance our processes. What you’ll do: 

  • Create and manage automation tools to increase sales process efficiency.
  • Analyze and optimize the end-to-end sales process, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with leadership to implement process enhancements that drive revenue growth.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies.
  • Implement new technologies to ensure that sales departments are successful in achieving their goals, as well as training staff to use them.
  • Create and manage a governance to evaluate and prioritize key system change requests.
  • Assist in implementing and integrating new technologies into sales tech stack.
  • Drive effective change management processes to implement improvements and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Document and standardize revenue-related processes for scalability.
  • Provide training to teams on new processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Oversee data hygiene and accuracy within CRM and other relevant systems.
  • Implement and manage CRM tools and integrations to maximize opportunities and customer relationships.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies.
  • Implement data enrichment and cleansing strategies to enhance the quality of customer information.
  • Ensures data’s accuracy, cleanliness, and integrity.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have: 

  • 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Financial Services background preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience and knowledge in project management, organizational effectiveness, operations management, business management, finance, and accounting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process efficiency and optimization.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field.
  • Experience with relevant platforms preferred (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
