How you will make an impact in this role

Seek, identify, and promptly prevent new attack schemes by fraudulent groups in our online loans and credit cards approval process. Ensure a high level of security for the portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own user onboarding, activation, usage and retention analytics for our personal loans, credit card partnerships and eKYC product
• Work closely with Product Managers identify issues and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with our Data Scientists to develop and implement various predictive models.
• Own implementation an evaluation of A/B tests.
• Own reporting for our partnerships business.
• Own customer selection for campaigns in coordination with Growth & Marketing Manager.
• Facilitate databases set-up required for analysis and reporting.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests for the team

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset, hypotheses lead-problem solving.
• Learning ability and strong self-motivation to acquire new knowledge.
• Capability to zoom in and out a problem.
• Effective problem-solving skill under pressure.
• Experience with common data analyst toolkits, such as R, Python or SQL in practise is a must.
• Experience in analysis lead problem solving and A/B testing is strongly preferred.
• Experience with a digital product is preferred.
• Excellence in English in both written and oral.
• Good interpersonal and people management skills.
• Teamwork and hard working with enthusiastic attitudes.
• Extreme ownership by going beyond scope of work for a successful business.
• Learning ability and strong self-motivation to acquire new knowledge.
• Capability to zoom in and out of a problem.
• Effective problem-solving skill under pressure with strong sense of customer empathy
• Experience working with ekYC project is an advantage

Required Experience

• 3-7 years of relevant work experience.
