Business Intelligence & SQL Backend Developer

Hybrid- Ortigas, Pasig City

Are you interested to work for a global organization? You will Support, monitor and develop our Digital Board Meeting part of the Business Intelligence Business Warehouse our SAP HANA BW system, and several other source systems.

What is the Job all about?

This job is expected to support the business and facilitate continuous growth in business efficiency and usage of the BI solution. Troubleshooting issues will be a part of a normal working day.

You will report to the Senior Manager for IS Business Intelligence Solutions and to be based on Ortigas, Pasig City.

Your main responsibilities:

• Supporting the Digital Board Meeting solution by handling L2 support tickets
• Develop SQL backend for the Digital Board Meeting solution.
• Troubleshooting issues regarding data and usage
• Manage the backlog of tickets in the Business Intelligence area.
• Continues business improvement requests to support the business grow and improve efficiency.
• Various IT tasks

Key Success Factors:

• Structured and continuously monitoring of tickets in L2
• In control of support of Digital Board Meeting solution by living up to SLA and obtain a good satisfaction score
• Delivering quality continues business improvement solutions by understanding and collaboration with the business but at the same time stick to standard solutions and Grundfos guidelines.
• Close cooperation with your colleagues across the stakeholders in the business and IT
• Taking ownership of assignments

  Your background:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2–3-year BI developer and support experience
• Backend developer skills in SQL
• Knowledge about change processes / plans in a global setup (ITIL)
• Knowledge about ETL (Extract load and transform)
• Skilled in data modelling
